  1. Delivery Types
  2. We are aware of your needs for flexibility and safe receipt of your parcels. We make every effort to deliver your orders as soon as possible, and taking into account your mobility. We work with reliable logistic partners and very professional, to guarantee you a complete experience during your orders on the site.

    For orders over € 75, we offer free delivery in France and Europe. If you are outside Europe, we deliver your order for free from 150 € of purchase on our site.

    In addition, for non-European customers, we offer the possibility of obtaining a tax refund of their purchases.

    a. Delivery methods

    i. Home Delivery: You provide the address of your main residence and we deliver your order to this address, whether in France or abroad

    ii. Relay point Delivery: Taking into account your mobility, it is possible to have you delivered to a relay point that you choose. When choosing your delivery method, we will provide you with a module to geolocate relay points according to the address of your customer.

    iii. Delivery directly to your hotel or place of residence abroad: We offer the possibility to deliver - against signature - to your place of residence in France or abroad (hotel, airbnb, rental house, etc.). Just provide us with the exact address and details of your rental, and we will deliver at your convenience.

    b. Delivery options

    i. Standard delivery: This delivery will be J+2, if you are in France. If you are in Europe, you can estimate between 5-7 working days. For international deliveries, the deadline may be 2-3 weeks.

    ii. Express delivery: If you are in Paris "intra-muros", and only within the limit of stocks of products available in this city, it is possible to be delivered in the day, between 18h-20h. In the rest of France, express delivery is possible at J+1. For deliveries abroad, delivery times will be confirmed as a result of the order;

  3. Change delivery mode once the order is placed
  4. Once the order is placed, it is possible to change the delivery method before the confirmation by the seller of the delivery of your order. After this confirmation, you will no longer be able to change the delivery method.

  5. Get the delivery of the parcel in a physical point of Gimmefy
  6. Periodically, we will be present in events in physical places, to promote our activity and the sale of our products. We will communicate regularly about the details of these physical locations. We will allow the delivery of your order to these "ephemeral" addresses.

  7. What if my item arrived damaged?
  8. It is the customer's responsibility to carry out customary checks upon receipt of his order. We invite you to inspect the package that was delivered to you with attention. In case of apparent damage on the protective packaging of your package, we invite you to unpack the package in front of the delivery person, to make sure that your article has not been damaged.

    In case of damage, it is your right to refuse to sign the receipt of the package, to make a reservation on the delivery and to request a full refund as soon as possible. We invite you to inform us by sending an email to: contact@gimmefy.com

    If the item received is damaged but you want to keep it, please report the damage on the delivery note of the delivery person and contact us later by email, within 48 hours, to receive compensation. Thank you for sending us pictures of the damaged item (preferably with the packaging) and as much detail as possible regarding the delivery (delivery person present or not, condition of the packaging etc).
